l常用电流互感器(CT)来检测电流


l电流互感器是通过磁场变化来检测电流的,不能检测电流中的直流分量
l直流分量会给计量带来很大的误差
lAllegro电流传感器能准确地检测交流电和直流电

BMS – Protection and Detection
 

Protection

A BMS may protect its battery by preventing it from operating outside its safe operating area, such as:

Over-current

Over-voltage (during charging)

Under-voltage (during discharging)

Over-temperature / Under-temperature

Over-pressure (NiMH batteries)

Ground fault or leakage current detection

 

The BMS may prevent operation outside the battery's safe operating area by:

For Current, including an internal switchSuch as a relay or solid state device) which is opened if the battery is operated outside its safe operating area





       That’s why ACS724 or ACS725

New types of voltage and current measurement circuits are used to

provide higher accuracy. This includes an automated calibration

procedure that stores correction factors in flash memory.

§Braking, including brake by wire, parking and low power steering applications.
§Fluid and fuel pump applications.
§This part works well for hybrid applications that require the sensor to be on the high voltage side of the battery.  Seat warmers on the main battery can use this part.  Plug in chargers or on board chargers are also a possibility as they charge at 20 Amp house circuits.

§Load monitoring in power supply applications < 50 Amps
§Chargers and line current sensing at 297 VRMS that require only single protection
